Mango Halibut Ceviche

Inspired by the tropical, fresh flavors of our Mango Chili Lime chips, this ceviche recipe is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

Ceviche is a great recipe for when you’re too lazy to cook. Simply marinate your fish in lemon and lime juice, toss with fresh veggies and voila! This juicy and refreshing dish is delicious served with our new Ancient Grain chip.


1 pound halibut, skin removed and cut into small cubes

¾ cup lemon juice

¾ cup lime juice

1 avocado, cubed

1 large tomato, chopped

¼ cup red onion, diced

1 large mango, cubed

¼ cup jicama, diced

¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced

1 jalapeno, seeds removed and diced (if you want it spicy, keep some or all of the seeds)


Combine fish with lemon and lime juice and marinate for 4 hours.

When the fish is done marinating, drain the liquid and combine the fish with chopped veggies.

Mix well and serve with your favorite flavor of Cabo Chips!
